Consumers read about its bankruptcy filing and look to go somewhere else. To make matters worse, the New York Stock Exchange added to Winn-Dixie's problems Tuesday, suspending its shares from trading on the NYSE.

Bond Houston Houston Shares of Winn-Dixie fell 73 cents from its Friday close of $1.47. The company's shares had become a target of short-sellers over the last year which contributed greatly to its share price decline, the NYSE said.The grocer said it expects its stock will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board.
